Plant description Cuti Cuti is a fern that grows wild mainly on the eastern slopes of the Andes - often near waterfalls. The dried plant is in a form of short, thin branches with flowers in a uniform brown color. It has a characteristic strong odor. |

Effect Thanks to the presence of biologically active compounds such as stilbenes, flavonoids (akacetin), non-protein amino acid, coumaric acid derivatives, naphthoquinone, tannins and mucus, this plant is attributed to lower blood sugar, to regenerate the pancreas cells, and possess anti-inflammatory, expectorant and anti-oxidant properties. Cuti Cuti consumed as a decoction has properties governing the regeneration of pancreatic cells.
