CUTI CUTI - dried herb - 40g
Cuti Cuti is a fern that grows wild mainly on the eastern slopes of the Andes - often near waterfalls. The dried plant is in a form of short, thin branches with flowers in a uniform brown color. It has a characteristic strong odor.
Thanks to the presence of biologically active compounds such as stilbenes, flavonoids (akacetin), non-protein amino acid, coumaric acid derivatives, naphthoquinone, tannins and mucus, this plant is attributed to lower blood sugar, to regenerate the pancreas cells, and possess anti-inflammatory, expectorant and anti-oxidant properties.
Cuti Cuti consumed as a decoction has properties governing the regeneration of pancreatic cells. Therefore, the plant is used as support in the treatment of diabetes - especially type 2 - and chronic pancreatic inflammation, including pancreas cancer.
It regulates the menstrual cycle in women, promotes metabolism, has antioxidant and cleansing properties. Mucus included in the plant have effective expectorant properties (also in chronic cough). It also has an antipyretic effect.
