Plant description A small, long-lasting shrub native to tropical Asia. Its area extends from India, through Mjanmar, Thailand, Laos, Vietnam, China, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines to Australia. It was brought to Europe at the end of the nineteenth century. Flowers with characteristic long rods similar to cat's mustache. Used as an ornamental plant. |
