Sarsaparilla is a vine growing in equatorial areas, reaching up to 30 m in length. They are common in Central and South America.
Thanks to the phytosterols and steroid saponins contained in the root, it has many applications:

Sarsaparilla is a strong aphrodisiac. It contains sarsapogenins or a plant equivalent of androgens, and these compounds perfectly imitate the action of testosterone and enhance the synthesis of dihydroergotestosterone, effectively overcoming impotence. In South America, this plant has been used for centuries as a means for potency.
