Plant description Ubos is a tree reaching a height of 40 meters and diameter of 2 meters. It can be found in tropical climates at an altitude of 850 meters above sea level. It has a rich leafy, extensive crown. Its thick bark has darkbrick color. This color is caused by the oxidation. On the inside it has a pale cream color. It excretes transparent resin in incision places. |

Properties Ubos has anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antioxidant and anti-diarrhea properties. It supports the immune system and is used in diseases such as asthma, infections and inflammation of the respiratory system and the reproductive system. It is helpful in digestive disorders and skin diseases (psoriasis and leishmaniasis). It also has an analgesic effect.
