Properties Herb raw material: white mustard seeds, contains oil, mucus, glycoside, synalbin, proteins, mineral salts and essential oils - in folk medicine it is believed to have anti-inflammatory, laxative, coating and digestive properties - Aqueous seed extract is used internally in diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, gastroenteritis, constipation and indigestion - external water extracts are used for rinsing in the case of pharyngitis and tonsillitis, and mustard pillows (a bag filled with seeds) are applied to areas with rheumatic pains and aching joints.
